by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website www.thcp.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. OBJECT
These sales conditions aim to define the contractual relationships between SUNSET FRANCE and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.thcp.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies the buyer's acceptance without reservation of these sales conditions, which the buyer acknowledges having read before placing their order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the site www.thcp.fr is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to commit under these general conditions of sale. The company SUNSET FRANCE reserves the right to modify these sales conditions at any time, either to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Accordingly, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order placed by the buyer.
Article 2. PRODUCTS
The products offered are those listed on the website www.thcp.fr of the company SUNSET FRANCE, within the limits of available stocks. The company SUNSET FRANCE reserves the right to modify the assortment of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics (content, use, composition, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible, but do not commit the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the site www.thcp.fr is intended for all buyers residing in countries that allow these sales conditions to be enforced.
Article 3. PRICES
The prices listed in the product sheets of the catalog are prices in euros (€) including all taxes (including VAT) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate of VAT will be reflected in the prices of the products. The company SUNSET FRANCE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while respecting the price indicated in the catalog on the day of the order. Shipping costs will be added to this and will be indicated before validating the order. The full payment of the total price must be made at once on the day of the order. In no case can the payments made be considered as deposits or advances.
Article 4. ORDER AND PAYMENT METHOD
Before any transaction, the buyer must create an account on the website www.thcp.fr. The validation of the order implies acceptance of these sales conditions, acknowledgment of having had knowledge of them, and waiver of the application of their own purchasing conditions or other conditions. Article 5. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

Article 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 natural days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, if applicable, return costs. The above-mentioned period shall run from receipt of the products by the buyer. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amounts paid by the buyer will be refunded, without costs, except, if applicable, return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.
Article 7. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order which can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the products leave the seller's premises. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. WARRANTY
All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of delivery.
Article 9. LIABILITY
The seller, in the process of online sale, is only bound by an obligation of means; their liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintended problems.

Article 11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris, despite multiple defendants or third-party warranty.

Failure to provide the information will result in the non-validation of the order. Article 13. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER
These sales conditions, as well as the prices and list of products, are available for consultation and acceptance on the website www.thcp.fr. The buyer declares having read these sales conditions before validating their order. By validating their order, the buyer expressly and unreservedly accepts these sales conditions.
