Buyer's responsibility and legal compliance:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the legality of the products ordered in their country of residence before placing an order on our site. THCP.FR declines all responsibility in the event of seizure by customs or any other legal action resulting from the purchase of illegal products in the country of destination.

By placing an order, the buyer accepts and understands that certain products may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions in their country and that any legal consequences related to the importation of these products will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refund will be given for products seized or confiscated by the authorities because they are illegal in the country of destination.
